I've been a huge Call of Duty fan for many years, and have been playing the series online since Modern Warfare 1. So, i was excited to see this years Call of Duty as always.
Its hard to say, but in my opinion this is the worst, most unplayable CoD ever. I really want to like this game, but i can't.
Why
First, the maps are large and i find myself lost in the game not knowing where to go and where the enemy's are which has never happened to me before in the past Call of Duty's. The maps are maze like which contain stupid objects everywhere which is perfect for campers and no one likes campers. Camping is the main objective for Ghosts now which makes it a failure of a game.
Second, the spawning it's very easy to be shot from behind as of the spawn location. This is stupid, especially given the size of many of the maps and you cant do anything about it.
Third, you die very quickly in this version; there is little you can do to escape being shot because you are dead already. In previous versions of CoD there was alot of skill to the game separate from just shooting and the players who mastered these skills would do the best in the match but in Ghosts it takes no skill and is pointless to play because even if you played the game for years you would still be as good as a first time player.
In the end, whilst the game suits some players, I find the online of the game unplayable. I don't get any passion for the game like i used to on the previous Cod's which is sad to say. I cannot express how disappointed I am with Ghosts to full even the campaign is mediocre but i will say this cod ghosts is a disappointment a it has set the bar for the franchise at its lowest and my advice to you is to avoid this title and hope Advanced warfare will be much better.
